BAFOONS LOCKED IN BASEMENT; SAKDADDIES FULL OF CHOKE ARTISTS
The Bafoons have a monkey on their back. No its not a little tiny chimpanzee its a huge hairy Monkey with gigantic teeth sucking the life out of the Bafoons season. They just cant get the bastard off their backs and win their first game. Things looked promising as the Soldiers bats were no where to be found until the kater innings when they busted it open. The Bafoons are now 0-9 and manager Bafoon is searching for answers. The phone has been ringing off the hook as many teams are interested in trading for OF Rob Rittenhouse. The Soldiers reportdly are offering Joe Clemente and the Sakdaddies are also interested. As for the Sakdaddies. They are a bunch of chokers. Drew Biri is the biggest one of all. He failed to hold a 5 run ninth inning league and make the biggest upset in SBWL short storied history. He could have been the first pitcher to give up 30+ runs and get the win. Dan Joworsiak another huge choker. Bases loaded with a chance to end the game with a walk off grand slam and he swings at a ball way out of the zone and hits a lazy pop up to end it. Heres the new rankings.
1)Soldiers - Soldiers still have yet to lose a game but the bats have been shaky as of late. They are definalty a pitching ball club. Joe Clemente is on the trading block. Smooth has been struggling at the plate in his last 2 games(8-20). Mike Dougherty is nursing a sore arm.
2)Vibes Tribe - Barely beat the Sakdaddies in a shootout. This looked like a football game. "I felt like i was watching a Rams-Colts football game said one fan." A 33-30 win keeps the Tribe 1 game out of first behind the Soldiers (see above).
3)Sakdaddies - Well if this game was a Rams football game then Drew Biri was Marshall Faulk fumbling in the 4th quarter on their own 10 yard line with a field goal lead. He totally choked. Dan Joworsiak was Kurt Warner by having the best game of his career but he threw and interception in crunch time by popping up to end the game with them loaded.
4)Bafoons - Stuggling team. Bafoon has put his name on the leader board in average even with his ankle injury. Many little kids around the counrty look up to Bafoon for playing threw his injury and are wearing casts during their games just so they can be like him. Rob Rittenhouse is a popular man on the trading front although it doesnt appear Bafoon wants to deal him.
